Online Ordering with Southco Inventory Management System

Free Customer Account Access  Information is accessible to Southco customers via the internet to provide the tools needed to be competitive and profitable.  Customers can check item retails, margins, product movements and review velocity reports using a secure ID and password.  On-line reporting is date driven.  You can view and print the reports.

Register today for free customer online account access. Go to the menu bar on the left and click Register. 

After your registration has been validated, you will click Customer Tools Login to access your account information.

New Items, Substitute Items, Discontinued Items and Future Pricing reports can be emailed (in PDF format) weekly on request. Call Southco and ask for ext. 312 to request these reports.

The Data Processing department can provide customized information such as:

• Total product movement by store location or group
• Item sales and ranking as a percentage of a location's business
• The last order date of any specific item by location (This is helpful when updating custom order guides)
• Total product movement within specific time frames for specific vendors

Electronic invoicing is available with cooperation from POS vendors.

• Detailed Item Information  Item Number, Qty Ordered, Pack, Size, Suggested Retail Price, Cost, Item History - purchase date and quantity, Order Shelf  Tag

• Detailed Order  Information  Order Totals, Suggested Retail Price of Order, Cost of Order and Profit Margin with three types of  orders – Regular, Tag Order, Replenishment Order

• Top Sellers  Top Sellers are the items that your store averages at least one unit per week. Suggested quantity to purchase based on order history.

• Force-out / Pre-book Notice  If you scan an item that is due to be forced-out to your store, the Opticon will notify you with an alert.

• Price Check Scan item to view detailed pricing information. This does not add the item to your order.

• Email Order Confirmation  Provide us with an email address to receive an email confirmation of your order including a copy of the order to review.

CipherLAB

• Uses an existing telephone connection with the cradle modem to send orders and receive item updates.

• The CipherLAB scans product UPC codes as well as shelf labels.

• You may enter item numbers using the keypad.

• Displays current item descriptions and allows you to review the order.

• Easily make changes to the quantity ordered for individual items if needed.

• Displays confirmation number after the order is successfully transmitted.
