Southco's Set-up Crews perform new sets and resets.  In addition to labeling the shelves for re-ordering and placement of product, our crews help the customer to update their products.  They use current ranking reports to place top selling items.  They also install rack and arrange the merchandise according to the available space.  If it is necessary to rearrange the store to improve sales, the Set-up Crew also helps in that function.
