Southco employs approximately 220 full and part time skilled workers.

Persons interested in working for Southco Distributing may pick up and submit applications at our facility located at 2201 South John Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina.

Enter the double doors on the far right of the building. General and Driver applications are located in the entrance hall. Place your completed application in the labeled bin. Getting a North Carolina Career Readiness Certificate from Wayne Community College Career Readiness Certificate program allows you to show that you possess the basic skills we require for all employees.

Even if you have a high school diploma (or GED) or a post-secondary degree, the CRC further verifies that you can handle the kinds of tasks that are required of Southco employees.
