Full Service

Southco's Full Service Rack Program can be customized to cover any category.  The merchandisers are trained to keep your inventory at levels to meet customer demands and generate the most turns.  Our representatives provide a turn-key job which includes ordering, pricing, stocking, rotating and keeping the product mix current. They can write credits for any merchandise delivered on the grocery trucks as well as the merchandise they service.

All items come in with your suggested retails and margins.  Our HBA program boasts a tremendous line of bakery quality cakes and pastries that will carry forty percent plus margin for the retailer.

Your store will be up-to-date on seasonal and novelty merchandise.  Your prices will be current.  As an example: if retail goes up on an item we deliver, we will re-price all current shelf stock.  We believe that you will be completely satisfied with our program; it will free your store personnel from these responsibilities. 

Order Write

The Order Write system offers the advantage of an Order Specialist  in your store each week.  Inventory control, price maintenance, credits, new item distribution and ordering for assigned departments.  The merchandise is then shipped with the grocery order. Store personnel is responsible to put up the merchandise, rotate the stock properly and price the multi-packs.

Self Service

With the Self Service option, store personnel is required to order and put up all merchandise.  The merchandise is pre-priced with your suggested retails.  The store is responsible for all price changes.  With the Self Service option, we CANNOT guarantee the cake and pastry line due to the short shelf life of those items.
